生化與環境分析化學、電化學及質譜分析

研究領域

1. 以高效能液相層析儀串聯質譜分析 (HPLC-MS/MS) 來研究環境污染物 (如砷、二手煙、奈米材料、揮發性有機氣體、PM2.5PAHs)以及對人體健康危害的生物性指標物如DNA 氧化性傷害研究之8-OHdG (8-oxo-7,8-dihydro-2’-deoxyguanosine)DNA 甲基化(Global methylation)、脂質過氧化(Lipid peroxidation) 8-iso-prostaglandin F香煙致癌物NNK 的代謝物種和揮發性有機氣體代謝物種分析。

2. 串聯式四極柱質譜儀與飛行時間質譜儀 (LC-Q-TOF) 研究暴露質體學(Exposomics) 以動物模式和人體暴露於環境污染物下,進行

全面性的代謝輪廓譜分析(Metabolite profiling) 和代謝物標靶分析(Metabolite target analysis) 找出新穎的生物性指標物如胺基酸 (Amino acids)、色胺酸代謝物(Tryptophan metabolites)、花生四烯酸代謝物(Arachidonic acid metabolites) 以及全氟碳化合物系列 (Perfluoroalkyl substances, PFAS) 等。

3. 開發新穎材料應用於樣品前處理領域,如金屬有機骨架化合物(Metal–organic frameworks, MOFs)、磁性奈米材料等。
